Decorating machine
The complete decorating machine is made of stainless steel chassis in 12m length. The machine handles final stages of layer cake production including Longitudinal cutting of cake, syrup pourer, 8 rows mini roles, 4 rows Swissroles, three-layers making and pressing of cake. The machine is consisted of cake conducting guards, guillotine cut, pleated removing section. The machine is composed of cake driving guards, guillotine cutting section, and wrinkle removing section. Then there is an "s" shape or 180-degree belt to transport the cake to the chiller. The length of the line is 23m, which allows the cakes to transport at lower temperature to the cooling machine. Continuous Mixers homogeneous or aerated slurry and cream maker (250 kg) are accessories to this production line.
